EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://account.meltemigr.com. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
Once you submit your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return), including the cost of standard outbound shipping. We do not refund premium or express delivery costs. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items, gift cards, or other legally exempt product categories.
Our Standard 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@meltemigr.com.
